Consider yourself five years from now and then ten years from now. Where do you see yourself in the profession?

Ahhh the last post for RMP 800. 

As I have asked myself this very question numerous times in the past 5 years, when I saw that Boyd proposed it again I thought "what the hack, lets make it the last one for the class to ponder."

5 yrs

I see myself do much what of what I do now only on a larger scale still in the university/non-profit sector.

10 yrs

I am hoping to be at a department director/executive director aka the big cheese.  At that point I will have been in the field for 22 yrs and hopefully I will be  ready to handle that level.
